Eagles Stay at Home Activities

  • These sessions are best suited for a larger space than the one demonstrated in, not everyone will have access to outdoor space or even a soccer ball. Adapt the space and the exercise as you see suitable.

  • All these exercises can be done alone but we recommend pairing up to make it safer and more fun.

  • Remember to get permission from your parent, guardian or carer before playing football in the house or outside. Make sure the area is safe for you and others to do so.

  • Ask for your parent/guardians' permission to record your skills so they can send it to Annette soccermail.hall@gmail.com to be included in a prize draw based on the best effort/having the most fun :)

  • Let Annette know if you'd like the video to be kept private or if you're happy for it to go on the Eagles Instagram account.

  • Don't worry if you can't do some of the exercises, give it your best shot and do what makes you feel comfortable or happy.
